Bizarre helicopter crash caught on camera - C4 News

A pilot in New Zealand has escaped serious injury after his helicopter became entangled in the cables of a Christmas tree he was installing.
The dramatic footage was filmed by TV New Zealand in Auckland and was being broadcast live on their website.
Greg Gribble, who has 20 years of flying experience, failed to avoid getting his tail caught up in the cables of the eight metre Christmas tree.
The B2 Squirrel is seen breaking up and violently shook before splitting into two and crashing into the ground.
But neither the pilot nor anybody on the ground was seriously hurt.
Mr Gribble is said to be "shaken but doing reasonably well" as he recovers from minor injuries in hospital.
The Civil Aviation Authority is now investigating the accident.
