Tracing the rounded lines of cursive on worksheets was a fundamental part of exercise in grade school--one that may soon become obsolete, as pen and paper are replaced by keyboards and screens. Job Wouters (a.k.a. Letman), a graphic designer based in Amsterdam, is on a one-man mission to sustain the dying medium of hand lettering, churning out meticulously executed forms that pay tribute to the versatility and beauty of good penmanship.

Wooden letterpress calendar without expiry. It has typesetting fields of year, month and days. User just changes once in a month name of month and assembles days field, including end of previous month, current and the start of next month.
Contour letters of calendar makes its full name, second stroke sets aside for year and month, third stroke contains day's names.

The artist Tessa Farmer creates magical worlds ruled by minuscule fairy skeletons, who are not just mischievous but downright evil. Her striking sculptures, which are made from insects, animal taxidermy, and plant roots, depict narratives that are no doubt dark and infused with maliciousness, yet their savagery is, for Farmer, an expression of a raw survival instinct inherent in us all.
